As the founders and owners of the miil, hospitality matters a lot to us. We are constantly on the lookout for new ideas and sources of inspiration. Being able to develop and evolve gives us the strength and energy needed to reach our objectives.
To us, the animal and plant world is as worthy of consideration as is man. Our dishes are born from a fundamental respect for nature and sustainable working practices. We are sure of the origin and high quality of our raw ingredients, and this approach characterises everything we do.
Alongside daily fresh seasonal cuisine, the subject of wine is a central element in the miil. For dinner, simply pick a wine you enjoy. For us in the miil, wine must be subtle, profound and invigorating. It shouldn’t make one feel sated, but rather spark a desire for more. Aroma, complexity, but above all its drinkability are what we find most important.
The Kränzelhof Estate comprises of seven gardens, a residence including a historical wine cellar, a winery and the Miil restaurant. Art, culture and cuisine merge in the Kränzelhof to become a harmonious entity: Visitors explore the large gardens extending to 20.000 m2, which change with the seasons and thus visitors are able to experience plants, works of art and wine culture.
